1.Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
a.We fail to deliver the product or service as specified in the contract.
b.The product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
2.Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product or service. You will need to provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue.
3.Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4.Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made products and services that have been completed according to your specifications are non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds for any services that have already been rendered.
5.Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an order before production or work has started, you may be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made after production has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the work completed up to that point.
